Brad maintains a broad-based civil rights and personal injury practice, representing people in need. He is very selective, but the criteria for case selection does not always involve the amount of damages at stake. If your case calls out for justice, or makes people more safe, he might very well take your case. Brad has handled over 100 Federal civil rights cases, and litigated over 80 of them. These include eight fatal police shooting cases involving agencies from all over the State and even El Paso. Brad became involved in several police “dog attack” cases, searching (through litigation) for ways to end the local government practice of biting many citizens per year with trained dogs. He also represents police officers in local police agencies who have been severely injured by out of control police dogs. Civil rights trials and settlements over the years have involved ADA claims, First, Fourth and Fourteenth Amendment Claims, substantive due process and equal protection claims, race and employment discrimination claims, police brutality cases, and illegal search and seizure cases. Brad’s personal injury background includes fraud cases, bad faith cases, trials against manufacturers of dangerous products, motorcycle and auto accidents, class action suits, and any type of case that piques his interest and calls out for the type of justice that juries can provide, especially when it helps make us all more safe. For more than 20 years, Brad Hall has litigated exclusively for people, and against government, large corporations, insurance companies, and police agencies or officers that require “checks and balances” under our constitution. Sometimes the little people, (individuals and their families), get stepped on by these large powerful institutions, and when there is misconduct by the powerful, none of us are safe. One of the best “equalizers” left on the planet are American jury trials.
